Shipping
☽We send all our packets by registered mail. If you want, we can provide you a tracking number where you can check the state of your packet.
☽We send all our packets from Spain. Please, be patient with shipping times:
-Shipping to Europe usually takes between 1-2 weeks.
-To America, it takes between 3-4 weeks.
-To Australia and rest of the world, it takes around 4 weeks (but sometimes it takes even more!).
☽All the orders are beautifully packed.
Returns and exchanges
☽Before purchasing any of our pieces, please get familiar with our policies.
☽In order to avoid any refund or exchange, please read carefully the product description, where a detailed description of the piece is written.
☽We send all our orders by registered mail. Although a lost in the mail is likely to happen rarely, we are not liable for this issue. Of course we will help you in every possible way we can if you think your packet may be lost.
If you want to insure your packet, please contact me before purchasing and I will send you the invoice for the additional costs.
☽If you are really dissatisfied with your item, please contact us to start the return process. Please take in mind that you will have to cover the shipping costs. When we received the item, we will refund your money (except for the shipping costs).
Regarding to rings, we don´t accept returns or exchanges because of wrong size. If you are not sure about your exact ring size, please contact a local jewelry shop and they will be able to tell you the exact measure.

Jewelry care
☽All our pieces are 100% made by hand, so handle them with care. Avoid swimming, sweating, having a shower or spraying perfume or other beauty products or chemicals with your piece on.
☽To clean your piece of jewelry:
-Pour a small amount of mild soap into water and use a small, soft toothbrush to clean it smoothly.
-Silver, brass and bronze naturally lose shine. To improve it, we also recommend using a polishing cloth gently.
☽Store your jewelry in a soft lined box or soft pouch, trying to keep your pieces apart so they don´t rub together.
